I. REQUESTS FOR EXTENSIONS OF TIME
1. HPB File No. 1271, 1601 Collins Avenue - Loews Hotel. The applicant, M. B.
Redevelopment, Inc., is requesting a one (1) year Extension of Time to obtain a Building
Permit for a previously issued Certificate of Appropriateness to partially demolish, alter and
modify an existing hotel building in order to construct a three (3) story addit ion at the
southwest corner.
APPROVED
2. HPB File No. 1295, 2445 Collins Avenue - Traymore Hotel. The applicant, Wave Traymore,
LLC, is requesting a one (1) year Extension of Time to obtain a Building Permit for a
previously issued Certificate of Appropriateness to partially demolish, alter, and modify an
existing hotel in order to substantially rehabilitate the subject building and alter the entry .

II. REQUESTS FOR CERTIFICATES OF APPROPRIATENESS
1. Previously Continued Projects
a. HPB File No. 1411, 1520 and 1526 Michigan Avenue . The applicant, Andrea
Greenwald, is requesting a Certificate of Appropriateness to install a new parking
lot and pool at the rear of two (2) existing two (2) story residential structures and
to partially demolish, alter and modify the two (2) structures .

b. HPB File No. 1552, 4360 Collins Avenue. The applicant, 4360 Collins, LLC, is
requesting a Certificate of Appropriateness to construct a new eight (8) story
residential building on a vacant lot.

c. HPB File No. 1553, 310 Jefferson Avenue - The Jeffersonian. The applicant, 310
Jefferson, LLC, is requesting a Certificate of Appropriateness to demolish an
existing one (1) story residential structure and a two (2) story residential struc ture
in order to construct a new three (3) story residential building .

2. Previously Deferred Projects
a. HPB File No. 1092, 1024 Ocean Drive. The applicant, Ocean Blvd., LLC, is
requesting revisions to a previously issued Certificate of Appropriatene ss for the
renovation, alteration and partial demolition of an existing five (5) story apartment
building.

b. HPB File No. 1253, 1036, 1042, and 1052 Ocean Drive. The applicant, Ocean Blvd.,
LLC, is requesting revisions to a previously issued Certificate of Appropriateness
to partially demolish, alter and modify three (3) existing buildings and to construct a
new four (4) story building at 1042 Ocean Drive.

c. HPB File No. 1257, 1060 Ocean Drive. The applicant, Ocean Blvd., LLC, is
requesting revisions to a previously issued Certificate of Appropriateness to
partially demolish, alter and modify an existing three (3) story hotel .

3. Revisions to Previously Approved Plans
a. HPB File No. 1162, 3925 Collins Avenue - Cadillac Hotel. The applicant, Beta
Epsilon Cadillac, LLC, is requesting revisions to a previously issued Certificate of
Appropriateness for the partial demolition, alteration, renovation and restoration of
an existing hotel, in order to construct a restaurant kitchen and related alterations
within the existing lobby .

b. HPB File No. 1231, Public Right of Way between 300 - 1099 Lincoln Road - Right-
of -Way Improvements . The applicant, City of Miami Beach, is requesting revisions
to a previously issued Certificate of Appropriatenes s for right-of -way
improvements , in order to demolish and reconstruct two (2) existing fountains .

a. HPB File No. 1602, 530 Ocean Drive - Barbizon Hotel. The applicant, Boni Real
Estate, LLC, is requesting a Certific ate of Appropriateness to partially demolish,
alter and modify an existing courtyard space for use as outdoor restaurant
seating.

b. HPB File No. 1603, 700 Lincoln Road - Seymoor Building. The applicant, Seven
Hundred Realty Corp., is requesting a Certificate of Appropriateness to construct a
new one (1) story addition at the rear of an existing retail building .

III. REQUESTS FOR PRELIMINARY EVALUATIONS
1. HPB File No. 1604, 121, 125 and 135 Ocean Drive - Villa Luisa. Th e applicant, Villa Luisa,
LLC, is requesting a Preliminary Evaluation of a proposal to partially demolish, alter and
modify three (3) existing residential structures and to construct a new seven (7) story
residential structure.
