1.Election of a new Board Chair

2.Appointment of Historic Preservation Board representative to G.O B.
Oversight Committee.
No one (1) member chosen, however Mitch Novick will attend the first meeting.
3.Discussion: Amendment to Historic Preservation By-Laws.
APPROVED
4.Discussion: Pr oposed Amendments to the Roof-Top Addition Section
of the City Code.
APPROVED: Subject to suggested modifications
5.Requests for Clarifications of Conditions:
a.HPB File No. 1148, 1764 Jefferson Avenue. The applicant, August
Cook, is requesting a Clarification of a Condition of the Final Order
for a previously issued Certificate of Appropriateness for a new
terrace/loggia addition to rear elevation of an existing single-
family residence.
APPROVED: Subject to minor modifications.
6.HPB File No. 1172, Eastern Terminus of 78th Street (East of Atlantic
Way). The Petitioners, Robert Swedroe and Rita Swedroe, are
requesting a Stay of the Final Order for a Certificate of
Appropriateness for a beach accessway.

IV.REQUESTS FOR CERTIFICATES OF APPROPRIATENESS:
Previously Continued Projects:
1.HPB File No. 1145, 744 Lincoln Road - The 24 Collection. The applicant,
IMCO Trading Co., is requesting a Certificate of Appropriateness for
the partial demolition and alteration of existing storefront windows, in
conjunction with the introduction of new storefronts and doors.
CONTINUED: To 3/13/01
2.HPB File No. 1193, 1701 Collins Avenue - Ritz Plaza Hotel. The applicant,
Ritz Plaza Corporation, is requesting a Certificate of Appropriateness
for the substantial rehabilitation, renovation, restoration and partial
demolition of an existing interior lobby.

New Projects:
1.HPB File No. 1199, 321 Washington Avenue - The Jewish Museum of
Florida. The applicant, Mosaic, Inc., D/B/A Sanford L. Ziff Jewish
Museum of Florida, is requesting a Certificate of Appropriateness for
the construction of a four (4) story museum storage and office
structure.
CONTINUED: To 2/13/01
V.REQUESTS FOR PRELIMINARY EVALUATIONS:
1.HPB File No. 1200, 410 Meridian Avenue. The applicant, Pedro Pan
Enterprises, LLC, is requesting a Preliminary Evaluation for the
demolition of and existing structure, and the construction of a roof-top
and infill addition.
