SUBJECT:G.O.Bond Oversight Committee Motion
The purpose of this Letter to the Commission ("LTC")is to inform the Mayor and City Commission
of a motion made and approved by the G.O.Bond Oversight Committee on July 9,2026.
Motion #1 -Funding Swap for GO #20 South Pointe Park (Playground)
The Committee made a motion supporting the temporary reallocation of funds from G.O.Bond
Project #5 (Flamingo Park Youth Center Project)and Project #30 (Skate Park)to G.O.Bond
Project #20 (South Pointe Park -Playground)to support the project's immediate needs.

Motion seconded by:Dana Martorella
Motion passed unanimously
Motion #2 --Arts &Culture G.O.Bond
The Committee made a motion encouraging cultural anchor institutions receiving funding from the
Arts &Culture G.O.Bond to formally acknowledge this support in all public communications.
