The applicant is requesting the following modification to a condition of
approval for variances associated with the construction of a service
corridor within the required north side yard setback:
Condition number 5 of the Order dated May 4, 2007, requires that a full
building permit for the project be obtained on or before November 4, 2008,
within eighteen (18) months of the date of the hearing. The applicant is
requesting a one (1) year extension of time to obtain a full building permit
by November 4, 2009.
