Motion: Stolar/Beloff. Vote: 6-0 (Frohlich). Approve with amendments
Items for Conti n uance/Withdrawa I
File No. 2010. An Ordinance of The Mayor And City Commission of the City of Miami Beach,
Florida, amending the Land Development Regulations of the City Code, Chapter 118,
"Administration and Review Procedures," by creating a new Article XII "Maintenance Security
Instruments," establishing Definitions and Requirements for property owners applying for
Development Review Approval for substantial construction work to ensure that their properties are
properly maintained and secured until completion of work; Providing For Codification, Repealer,
Severability, and an Effective Date.
Motion: Stolar/Fryd. Vote 7-0. Continue to the January 24, 2012 meeting.
File No. 2037. 1330 Ocean Drive. The applicant, Greek Fellas, Inc. d/b/a Venue South Beach is
requesting Conditional Use approval to operate an Outdoor Entertainment/Neighborhood
Entertainment Establishment (Requested by applicant).
Motion: Beloff/Fryd. Vote 7-0. Continue to the January 24, 2012 meeting. Staff will advertise and
reach out to neighbors.
Progress Reports
File No.1840 - 2301 Collins Avenue (a/k/a 2377 Collins Avenue) —Gansevoort. Status of
compliance with the Conditional Use Permit.
Motion: Fryd/Veitia. Vote 7-0. Direct the applicant to submit to staff the final loading and delivery
distribution plan and traffic circulation analysis in time to be included in the Board packages for the
January 24, 2012 meeting. 3:30 — 3:45
File No. 1422. 340 23 Street. Parking Lot. Status of compliance with the Conditional Use Permit.
Motion: Beloff/Veitia. Vote 5-1. (Stolar opposed, Fryd absent). Continue until the January 24, 2012
meeting and direct staff to send a cure letter. 3:45 — 4:17

File No. 1361 — 1236 Ocean Drive. Mia Bella Roma. Modification/Revocation hearing. Status of
implementation of the speaker system and compliance with conditions 9 and 10 of the Conditional
Use Permit.
Motion: Stolar/Veitia. Vote 7-0. Adopt the draft Conditional Use Permit as modified and continue
modification/revocation hearing to the January 24, 2012 meeting. 4:18 — 4:59
