PLANNING BOARD SPECIAL MEETING
After Action
June 17, 2010
File No. 1961. 1861 Bay Road. The applicant, Tremont Towing, Inc. is requesting Conditional Use
approval for a towing yard in the I-1 Light Industrial District.
The Board directed staff to take the following actions and the applicant to submit the following
documents before the July meeting:
1. A site circulation plan, including driveway access, parking and how vehicles are moved
about
2. An operational warehousing plan demonstrating the feasibility of the proposed configuration
and lifts
3. A neighborhood circulation plan detailing routes entering and exiting the neighborhood
4. Public Works Department Transportation Division and Planning Department staff to review
plans
5. Planning Department staff to request a courtesy review from Building & Fire of the vehicle
storage layout before the Building Permit is applied for and at least 10 days before the
hearing.
Motion: Veitia/Frohlich. Vote 6-0. Kuperman absent. Continue to the July 27 meeting.
