mixed use entertainment district regulations" by allowing portable bar counters on the front
porch, terrace or patio"; Amending Section 142-1109 Entitled "Accessory Outdoor Bar
Counters" by allowing portable bar counters to be visible from the public right-of-way;

B. Modifications
1.File #1493 - Parking Garage with retail - 237 - 20th Street - The applicant, Just
Around the Corner, L.L.C., is requesting modifications to a previously approved
Conditional Use permit to operate a multi-level parking garage with retail on the
ground floor.

C. Conditional Use Applications
1. File No. 1501 - Dock and Mooring Piles - 1220 Stillwater Drive - The applicant,
Henry Lynk, requests Conditional Use approval in order to construct a dock seventy
one (71) feet from the existing bulkhead and mooring piles that extend a total of
eighty six (86) feet from the existing bulkhead.
Approved as recommended
2. File No. 1502 - Dock and Mooring Piles - 4765 Pine Tree Drive - The applicant,
Shoreline Foundation, Inc., requests Conditional Use approval in order to construct
a dock forty five (45) feet from the existing bulkhead and mooring piles that extend
a total of sixty five (65) feet from the existing bulkhead.

3. File No. 1503 - 945 41st Street - Shaare Ezra Sephardic Congregation - The
Applicant, Rabbi Yosef Galimidi, requests Conditional Use approval in order to
expand the operation of the Shaare Ezra Sephardic Congregation to use the entire
existing office building.

Regulations," Section 142-1132, "Allowable Encroachments," Subsection (H),

"Fences, Walls, and Gates," to Modify the Height and Setbacks for Fences Surrounding
Public Facilities in GU and CCC Districts, Providing for Inclusion in the Code of the City

Section 130-69.5," Additional Requirements." to Clarify the Requirements for
Parking Garages or Lots Desiring to Operate past Midnight; Amending Chapter 118,
Article IV, "Conditional Use Procedure," Section 118-194, "Compliance with
Conditions," to Amend The Procedures for Planning Board Revocation or
Modification of Conditional Use Approvals Where the Applicant Exhibits Repeated
or Intermittent Noncompliance with the Conditions of Such Approvals; Amending
Chapter 118, Article VIII, "Procedure for Variances and Administrative Appeals,"
Section 118-356, "Revocation or Modification of Variance," to Amend The
Procedures Applicable to Board of Adjustment Revocation or Modification of
Variances Where the Applicant Exhibits Repeated or Intermittent Noncompliance
with the Conditions of Such Approvals; Amending Chapter 118, Article X, Historic
Preservation, Section 118-503, "Scope and Exemptions," and Section 118-561,
"General Requirements," to Clarify When Certificates of Appropriateness Are
Required Prior to Any Temporary or Permanent Modification to a Building or Site;
Providing for Inclusion in the Code of the City of Miami Beach, Florida; Repealer;
Severability; and an Effective Date.
