Previously Approved Conditional Use (Originally Approved by Planning Board February 29,
2000) in Order to Extend the Hours of Outdoor Entertainment at 940 Ocean Drive. (File
#1428a).
APPROVED - HOURS OF OPERATION EXTENDED AS REQUESTED.
