I. REQUESTS FOR CONTINUANCES/WITHDRAWALS
a. DRB File No. 23052, 2489 North Meridian Avenue and 2485 North
Meridian Avenue. The applicant, 2489 Meridian LLC, is requesting
Design Review Approval for the construction of a new (2) two-story home
to replace one existing pre-1942 architecturally significant (2) two-story
home and one existing (1) one-story home, both to be demolished.

b. DRB File No. 23014, 6360 North Bay Road. The applicant, MBDWLJ
LLC, is requesting Design Review Approval for the construction of a new
two-story home, to replace an existing pre -1942 non-architecturally
significant two-story home, to be demolished.

Waves. The applicants, South Beach Heights I, LLC., 500 Alton Road
Ventures, LLC., and 1220 Sixth, LLC., are requesting a (1) one -year
Extension of Time for a previously issued Design Review Approval for

the construction of a new mixed-use residential and commercial project,
including the renovation with substantial modifications to an existing ten
story building, the demolition of all other existing structures on the subject
sites, and the construction of three new mixed -use structures with

3. Progress Reports
1. DRB File No. 22942, 4701 North Meridian Avenue – Former Miami Heart
institute.
Progress Report as per condition B(12) of the DRB Order, the applicant shall
provide a progress report to the Design Review Board regarding Conditions B.1,
B.2, B.4, and B.7 of the final order, which are subject to the review and approval
of staff. The progress report shall be provided to the Board after the final
completion of the design development drawings, and again after the completion
of the construction drawings but before the issuance of the first building permit
for the residential tower.
