I. REQUESTS FOR CONTINUANCES
a. DRB File No. 23014, 6360 North Bay Road. The applicant, MBDWLJ
LLC, is requesting Design Review Approval for the construction of a new
(2) two-story home, to replace an existing pre-1942 non-architecturally
significant (2) two-story home, to be demolished.

b. DRB File No. 23023, 130 West Rivo Alto Drive. The applicant, Rene
Katz, is requesting Design Review Approval for the construction of a new
(2) two-story home, to replace an existing pre -1942 architecturally
significant (2) two-story home, to be demolished.

two-story home, to be demolished. This application is subject to the
approval of a lot split application pending before the Planning Board.

a. DRB File No. 22947, 701 West 47 Street. The applicant, Yosef Lipkin, is
requesting modifications to a previously issued Design Review Approval
for the construction of a new 2-story home that replaced an existing pre-
1942 architecturally significant 2-story home. Specifically, the applicant is
requesting a new (2) two-story accessory structure located at the front of
the property.

Meridian Ave LLC, is requesting Design Review Approval for the

existing pre-1942 architecturally significant (2) two-story home, to be
demolished.

a. DRB File No. 22941, 1691 Michigan Avenue – The Putting Club. The
applicant, City Middle, LLC., is requesting Design Review Approval for
modifications to an existing 6-story parking garage, including the
construction of several single story roof-top structures, which include an
outdoor bar, kitchen, and restrooms, as part of a new miniature golf
course facility. Specifically, the applicant is requesting design
modifications to the previously approved plans.

2. New Applications
a. DRB File 23040, 1845 Bay Road. The applicant, Santander La Marinera
LLC, is requesting Design Review Approval for the total demolition of an
existing (2) two-story building to construct a new (2) two-story mixed use
building.

b. DRB File 23041, 1790 Alton Road – Modani. The applicant, 1790
Holdings LLC., is requesting Design Review Approval for the
construction of a new (2) two-story commercial building with second floor
open air rooftop parking on a vacant site.

c. DRB File No. 23043, 1 Washington Avenue – South Pointe Park. The
applicant, the City of Miami Beach, is requesting Design Review
Approval to install a landscape buffer in the proposed Off -Leash Dog
Park area within South Pointe Park.

d. DRB File No. 23046, 8701 Collins Avenue – (A) Dezerland Hotel. The
applicant, 8701 Collins Development, LLC, is requesting Design Review
Approval for the partial demolition to accommodate exterior modifications
and alterations to an existing (10) ten-story hotel.
APPROVED – Turchin/Sarli 4-0 12:33 p.m.
e. DRB File No. 23047, 8701 Collins Avenue – (B) Parking Lot Site. The
applicant, 8701 Collins Development, LLC, is requesting Design Review
Approval for the construction of a new (20) twenty-story residential
condominium building with an urban plaza to replace a surface parking
lot.
