I. REQUESTS FOR CONTINUANCES / WITHDRAWLS
1. DRB File No. 22927, 198 Palm Avenue. The applicant, Pedro Adrian, is
requesting Design Review Approval for the construction of a new 2-story home
on a vacant site.

2. DRB File No. 22912, 25 East Rivo Alto Dr. The applicant, Are Traasdahl, is
requesting Design Review Approval for the construction of a new 2 -story home,
which will replace an existing pre-1942 architecturally significant home, to be
demolished. [Note: Application approved on August 7, 2012, with the
exception of the landscape plan.]

architecturally significant 2-story home, to be demolished.
APPROVED, with the exception of the landscape plan which is continued to 1/8/2013
b. DRB File No. 22922, 6 Star Island Drive. The applicant, 6 Star Island
Residence Land Trust Agreement, is requesting Design Review Approval
for the construction of a new roof-top addition on an existing one (1) and
two (2) story home, along with the construction of a new 2 -story addition
at the front of the property.

Trust, is requesting Design Review Approval for the construction of a

a. DRB File No. 22935. The applicant, Clear Channel Outdoor, is
requesting Design Review Approval for modifications to existing bus
shelters throughout the City, including the installation of digital
advertising.

b. DRB File No. 22929, 25-135 N. Shore Drive. The applicant, Normandy
Ventures, LLC., is requesting Design Review Approval to complete the
construction of a partially complete townhome development comprised of
seven (7) 4-story buildings.

c. DRB File No. 22934, 1144 Marseille Drive. The applicant, The Grand
Tower at North Miami Beach, LLC., is requesting Design Review
Approval for the construction of a new 4 -story multifamily building on a
vacant lot.

V. PRELIMINARY EVALUATIONS
1. DRB File No. 22920, 4701 North Meridian Avenue – Former Miami Heart
institute. The applicant, 4701 North Meridian, LLC., is requesting a preliminary
evaluation for the partial demolition, renovation, and adaptive re -use of the former
hospital site as a new multifamily residential development, retaining existing
nonconforming height, setbacks, floor area, and off -street parking.
