I. EXTENSIONS OF TIME
1. DRB File No. 22718, 910 West Avenue – Southgate Towers. The applicant,
Southgate Tower Apartments, is requesting a one (1) year Extensions of Time
for a previously issued Design Review Approval for the renovation of the two (2)
existing 14-story buildings, including replacement, with design modifications, of
all windows, doors and railings.

II. SINGLE FAMILY HOMES
1. New Applications
a. DRB File No. 22895, 401 West Rivo Alto Drive. The applicants, Mr. and
Mrs. Carmine Camera, are requesting Design Review Approval for the
construction of a new 2-story home, which will replace an existing pre -
1942 architecturally significant single story home, to be demolished.

b. DRB File No. 22896, 5146 Alton Road. The applicant, Pavel Pojidaev, is
requesting Design Review Approval for design modifications to an
existing 2-story pre-1942 architecturally significant home, including the
construction of a new roof -top addition on the existing single story portion
of the home.
APPROVED; DESIGN DETAILS CONTINUED TO MAY 1, 2012
c. DRB File No. 22897, 110 1st San Marino Terrace. The applicant, 10 San
Marino, LLC., is requesting Design Review Approval for the construction
of a new 2-story guest cottage which will replace an existing pre -1942
architecturally significant guest cottage, to be demolished.

Approval for the reconfiguration of an existing parking lot, including new
landscaping and lighting.
