II. EXTENSIONS OF TIME
1. DRB File No. 22764, 2767 Sunset Drive – Single Family Home. The applicant,
Willy Montejo, is requesting a one (1) year Extension of Time to obtain a Full
Building Permit for a previously issued Design Review Approval for modifications
to an existing pre-1942 architecturally significant 2-story home, including the
partial demolition of the existing home and the construction of new 2-story
additions.

1. Previously Continued applications from January 3, 2012.
a. DRB File No. 22878, 2125 N. Bay Rd. – Single Family Home. The
applicant, Marilyn Blanco-Reyes, is requesting Design Review Approval
for the construction of a new 2-story home, which will replace an existing
pre-1942 architecturally significant home, to be demolished.

b. DRB File No. 22879, 114 West San Marino Drive – Single Family
Home. The applicant, Charles Sofge, is requesting Design Review
Approval for the construction of a new single story addition and new roof
top addition on an existing pre-1942 architecturally significant home.

applicants, Victor & Beatriz Ballestas, are requesting Design Review
Approval for the construction of a new 2-story home, which will replace
an existing pre-1942 architecturally significant home, to be demolished.

IV. APPLICATIONS FOR DESIGN REVIEW APPROVAL
1. New Applications
a. DRB File No. 22886, 1920 Alton Road. The applicant, Miami Avenue
Holding Company Inc., is requesting Design Review Approval for
modifications to an existing one and two story building as part of its
conversion from Funeral Home and apartments to a mixed -use
development.

b. DRB File No. 22891, 1450 Lincoln Rd - Lincoln Bay Towers. The
applicant, Lincoln Bay Towers Condominium Association, is requesting
Design Review Approval for the demolition of the existing balcony railings
and the construction of new railing design for the entire building, as well
as design modifications to the west elevation of the existing building.
