II. REQUESTS FOR CONTINUANCES
1. DRB File No. 22880, 2142 North Bay Road – Single Family Home. The
applicant, Geilan Sahmoud Trustee, is requesting Design Review Approval for
the substantial demolition of an existing pre-1942 architecturally significant 2-
story home, and the construction of a new 2 -story home.

1. DRB File No. 22877, 101 N. Hibiscus Drive – Single Family Home. The
applicant, V.I. Hibiscus, LLC., is requesting Design Review Approval for the
construction of a new 2-story home on a vacant site.

Marilyn Blanco-Reyes, is requesting Design Review Approval for the construction
of a new 2-story home, which will replace an existing pre -1942 architecturally
significant home, to be demolished.
