II. REQUESTS FOR RE-HEARINGS
1. DRB File No. 22844, 35 East Dilido Dr. – Single Family Home. The re-hearing
applicant, Mary de Gunzburg, is requesting a re-hearing of a previous decision of
the Design Review Board wherein it approved the construction of a new 2-story
home, which will replace an existing 2-story home, to be demolished.
NO ACTION TAKEN; ITEM WITHDRAWN BY RE-HEARING APPLICANT
III. REQUESTS FOR CONTINUANCES
1. DRB File No. 22841, 49-53 Collins Avenue – Robotic Parking Structure. The
applicant, Southpointe Heights, LLC., is requesting Design Review Approval for
the construction of a 4-story robotic parking garage with accessory ground floor
commercial uses on a site containing an existing surface parking lot.

applicant, Fred Cohen, is requesting design review approval for the

story home, to be demolished.

site.

applicant, Ciro Savian, is requesting design review approval for the
construction of a new 2-story home, which will replace an existing single
story residence, to be substantially demolished.

guardhouse in the public right-of-way.

Facility. The applicant, the City of Miami Beach, is requesting Design
Review Approval for the construction of a new 2-story property
management facility on a site containing an existing 2-story building and
surface parking lot, to be demolished.
