I. REVISIONS TO PREVIOUSLY APPROVED PROJECTS
1. DRB File No. 22855, 2068 North Bay Road – Single Family Home. The
applicant, 2068 NBR LLC., is requesting revisions to a previously issued Design
Review Approval for the construction of a new 2-story home, which will replace
an existing pre-1942 architecturally significant 2-story residence, to be
demolished. Specifically, the applicant is requesting approval to increase the
overall building height of the home.

II. REQUESTS FOR RE-HEARINGS
1. DRB File No. 22855, 2068 North Bay Road – Single Family Home. The re-
hearing applicant, MCL Real Estate, LLC., is requesting a re-hearing of a
previous decisions of the Design Review Board, wherein it approved the
construction of a new 2-story home, which will replace an existing pre-1942
architecturally significant 2-story residence, to be demolished. If the re-hearing
request is granted it may be heard immediately.

J.P. Morgan Chase & Co. is requesting Design Review Approval for
façade renovations to an existing 2-story commercial building.
