I. REQUESTS FOR CONTINUANCES
1. DRB File No. 22867, 1790 Alton Road – Modani. The applicant, 1790 Alton
Holdings. LLC., is requesting Design Review Approval for the construction of a
new 4-story commercial building with a parking garage on a vacant site.

II. SINGLE FAMILY HOMES (Previously Continued from August 2, 2011)
1. DRB File No. 22852, 451 East Dilido Drive – Single Family Home. The
applicant, Ciro Savian, is requesting design review approval for the construction
of a new 2-story home, which will replace an existing single story residence, to
be substantially demolished.

III. APPLICATIONS FOR DESIGN REVIEW APPROVAL
1. New Projects
a. DRB File No. 22871, 22 Washington Avenue – Symcha’s. The
applicant, Symcha Zylberman is requesting Design Review Approval for
the installation of large umbrellas in the public right-of-way for outdoor
restaurant seating.

b. DRB File No. 22858, 730-804 1st Street – Robotic Garage and
Residence. The applicant, 730 First Street Associates, LLC., is
requesting Design Review Approval for the construction of a new 7-story
mixed-use building, including a robotic parking garage, which will replace
an existing one (1) and two (2) story building, to be demolished.

c. DRB File No. 22868, 850 Commerce Street – Restaurant. The
applicant, Ocean One at South Pointe, LLC., is requesting Design
Review Approval for the renovation and alteration of an existing 2-story
building and the construction of a new 2-story building with an outdoor
dining terrace as part of a new restaurant.

d. DRB File No. 22866, 2400 Pinetree Drive – Greater Miami Hebrew
Academy Gymnasium Addition. The applicant the Greater Miami
Hebrew Academy, is requesting Design Review Approval for the
construction of a new 3-story gymnasium facility on a vacant portion on
the north side the property.
APPROVED
e. DRB File No. 22869, 474 W. 41st Street – Chase Bank. The applicant,
J.P. Morgan Chase & Co. is requesting Design Review Approval for
façade renovations to an existing 2-story commercial building.
