1. DRB File No. 22845, 2049 Sunset Drive – Sunset Island 3 & 4 Guardhouse.
The applicant, the City of Miami Beach, is requesting Design Review approval for
the construction of a new single story guardhouse in the public right-of-way.
NO ACTION TAKEN; APPLICATION TO BE RE-NOTICED
2. DRB File No. 22841, 49-53 Collins Avenue – Robotic Parking Structure. The
applicant, Southpointe Heights, LLC., is requesting Design Review Approval for
the construction of a 4-story robotic parking garage with accessory ground floor
commercial uses on a site containing an existing surface parking lot.

3. DRB File No. 22846, 1747-1759 Bay Road. The applicant, 1747 Bay Road
Properties, LLC., is requesting Design Review Approval for modifications
associated with the conversion of an existing 2-story warehouse into a 3-story
valet parking structure with mechanical lifts, the conversion of an existing single
story office structure into a restaurant and towing office, and the construction of a
new 2-story parking garage with mechanical lifts and new surface parking lot
associated with a towing facility, on a site containing an existing one and two
story building and an existing surface parking lot.

applicant, Gene Gomberg, is requesting Design Review Approval for the
construction of a new 2-story home, which will replace an existing 2-story
home, to be demolished.

b. DRB File No. 22842, 737 W. 49th Street – Single Family Home. The
applicant, Fisher Park Homes, LLC, is requesting Design Review
Approval for the construction of a new 2-story single family home on the
east side of a property containing an existing pre-1942 architectural
significant single story home, to be demolished. This application is
subject to the approval of a lot split application pending before the
Planning Board.
