1. Previously Continued Projects
a. DRB File No. 22836 – 1000 West Avenue – The applicant, Mirador 1000
Condominium Association, Inc., is requesting Design Review Approval
for the replacement of windows and doors in expanded openings
throughout the building.

2. New Projects
a. DRB File No. 22837, 1015 North Shore Drive – Echeverria Residence.
The applicants, Carlos & Maria Echeverria, are requesting Design
Review approval for the construction of a new, 2-story single family
home.
APPROVED
b. DRB File No. 22839, 1428 Alton Road – Panera. The applicant,
PANERA, LLC, is requesting Design Review Approval for the alteration
and renovation of an existing commercial structure, inclusive of an open,
recessed porch and new storefronts.
