report on the status of the baywalk application.

II. SINGLE FAMILY HOMES
1. DRB File No. 22838, 1520 West 21st Street – Single Family Home. The
applicant, Fred Cohen, is requesting design review approval for the construction
of a new 2-story home, which will replace an existing single story home, to be
demolished.

III. APPLICATIONS FOR DESIGN REVIEW APPROVAL
1. DRB File No. 22840, 1 Washington Avenue - South Pointe Park. The applicant,
the City of Miami Beach is requesting Design Review Approval for the
replacement of existing playground equipment within the park and the
construction of a new shade structure.
