THE MEETING SCHEDULED FOR
Tuesday, March 1, 2011
HAS BEEN CANCELLED
All items listed below will be automatically continued to the next
regularly scheduled meeting on April 5, 2011 at 8:30 am.
I. APPLICATIONS FOR DESIGN REVIEW APPROVAL
1. Previously Continued projects from the February 1, 2011 meeting
2. New Projects
a. DRB File No. 22845, 2049 Sunset Drive – Sunset Island 3 & 4
Guardhouse. The applicant, the City of Miami Beach, is requesting
Design Review approval for the construction of a new single story
guardhouse in the public right-of-way.
b. DRB File No. 22846, 1747-1759 Bay Road. The applicant, 1747 Bay
Road Properties, LLC., is requesting Design Review Approval for
modifications associated with the conversion of an existing 2-story
warehouse into a 3-story valet parking structure with mechanical lifts, the
conversion of an existing single story office structure into a restaurant
and towing office, and the construction of a new 2-story parking garage
with mechanical list and new surface parking lot associated with a towing
facility, on a site containing an existing one and two story building and an
existing surface parking lot.

All persons are invited to attend this meeting or be represented by an agent, or to express their views in writing
addressed to the Design Review Board c/o the Planning Department, 1700 Convention Center Drive, 2nd Floor,
Miami Beach, Florida 33139. The applications for the above projects are available for public inspection during
normal business hours at the Planning Department, 1700 Convention Center Drive, 2nd Floor, Miami Beach, Florida
33139. Inquiries may be directed to the Department at (305) 673-7550.

Any of the above items may be continued and, under such circumstances, additional legal notice would not be
provided. Any person may contact the Department at (305) 673-7550 for information as to the status of these items
as a result of the Board's meeting.
