I. MODIFICATIONS TO PREVIOUSLY APPROVED PROJECTS (previously continued)
1. DRB File No. 22547 & 17839, 6305 Indian Creek Drive & 103 63rd Street. The
applicant, Charms 63 Nobe LLC., is requesting modifications to a previously
issued Design Review Approval for the construction of a new 6-story multifamily
building. Specifically, the applicant is proposing to modify the previously
approved exterior materials and finishes and install an artistic supergraphic on
the building.

II. APPLICATIONS FOR DESIGN REVIEW APPROVAL
1. Single Family Homes
a. DRB File No. 22627, 714 West Dilido Drive – Hightower Residence.
The applicant, Dale Hightower, is requesting Design Review Approval for
modifications to an existing pre-1942 architecturally significant 2-story
home, including the construction of a new 2-story addition at the front of
the home, and a new roof-top terrace addition at the rear of the home.
APPROVED
b. DRB File No. 22641, 1158 S. South Biscayne Pointe Road – Orlando
Residence. The applicants, Jean Marc and Barbara Orlando are
requesting Design Review Approval for modifications to an existing pre-
1942 architecturally significant single story home, including the
construction of a new single story addition at the front of the home and
the construction of a new, higher roof structure over the entire house.

2. Previously Continued Projects
a. DRB File No. 22347, 31 Venetian Way – Belle Isle Apartments. The
applicant, Euroamerican Group, Inc. is requesting Design Review
Approval for the construction of a new 5-story multifamily building, which
will replace four (4) existing 3-story buildings, to be demolished.
