I. NEW BUSINESS
1. Discussion: Cost and maintenance of Miami Beach red sidewalks.

II. MODIFICATIONS TO PREVIOUSLY APPROVED PROJECTS
1. DRB File No. 22547 & 17839, 6305 Indian Creek Drive & 103 63rd Street. The
applicant, Charms 63 Nobe LLC., is requesting modifications to a previously
issued Design Review Approval for the construction of a new 6-story multifamily
building. Specifically, the applicant is proposing to modify the previously
approved exterior materials and finishes and install an artistic supergraphic on
the building.

III. APPLICATIONS FOR DESIGN REVIEW APPROVAL
1. Single Family Homes
a. DRB File No. 22583, 4700 N. Michigan Avenue – Rosenberg
Residence. The applicant, Lana Rosenberg, is requesting Design
Review Approval for the construction of a new roof top addition to an
existing one (1) and two (2) story home.

2. Previously Continued Projects
a. DRB File No. 22476, 4221-4229 Pine Tree Drive. – The Galbut Family
Jewish Community Center. The applicant, the Miami Beach Jewish
Community Center, is requesting Design Review Approval for the
construction of a new 2-story educational, cultural and recreational
facility, which will replace the existing structures, to be demolished.

3. New Projects
a. DRB File No. 22609, 1310 15th Street – B Bey Apartments. The
applicants, Marcello Barba, Frank Rodriquez, and Sandra Cohen, are
requesting Design Review Approval for the construction of four (4)
parking spaces located within the front yard of an existing 2-story
multifamily building and also partially within the public right-of-way.
