I. REQUESTS FOR WITHDRAWAL
1. DRB File No. 22763, 4358 North Bay Road – Single Family Home. The
applicant, 4358 North Bay Road, LLC., is requesting Design Review Approval for
the construction of a new 2-story home on a vacant lot. [The applicant is
requesting the withdrawal of the application without prejudice.]

II. APPLICATIONS FOR DESIGN REVIEW APPROVAL
1. Single Family Homes
a. DRB File No. 22793, 230 West San Marino Drive – Single Family
Home. The applicant, Luis Medero, is requesting Design Review
Approval for substantial design modifications to an existing single story
home, including the construction of a new roof-top addition at the rear of
the home, and new single story additions at the front of the home.

b. DRB File No. 22823, 2324 North Bay Road – Single Family Home. The
applicant, Estefano Isias, is requesting Design Review Approval for the
construction of a new 2-story home, which replace an existing 2-story
pre-1942 architecturally significant home, to be demolished.

c. DRB File No. 22822, 3100 Prairie Avenue – Single Family Home. The
applicant, Mark Muhlrad, is requesting Design Review Approval for the
construction of a new roof-top addition to an existing single story home.

d. DRB File No. 22824, 111 6th Dilido Terrace – Single Family Home. The
applicant, Robin & Heidi Bogle, are requesting Design Review Approval
for the construction of a new 2-story home, which will replace an existing
pre-1942 architecturally significant home, to be demolished.

applicant, Euroamerican Group, Inc. is requesting Design Review
Approval for the construction of a new 5-story multifamily building, which
will replace four (4) existing 3-story buildings, to be demolished.

b. DRB File No. 22734, 8143 Harding Avenue – Terrazas del Mar. The
applicant, Adan Beltran, is requesting Design Review Approval for the
construction of a new 3-story multifamily building, which will replace an
existing single story building, to be demolished.
