I. REQUESTS FOR CONTINUANCES
1. DRB File No. 22793, 230 West San Marino Drive – Single Family Home. The
applicant, Luis Medero, is requesting Design Review Approval for substantial
design modifications to an existing single story home, including the construction
of a new roof-top addition at the rear of the home, and new single story additions
at the front of the home.

II. APPLICATIONS FOR DESIGN REVIEW APPROVAL
1. Single Family Homes
a. DRB File No. 22792, 4565 North Bay Road – Single Family Home. The
applicants, Arthur S. Unger and Laine R. Unger, are requesting Design
Review Approval for the installation of a standing seam metal roof on
existing pre-1942 architecturally significant single story home.

b. DRB File No. 22763, 4358 North Bay Road – Single Family Home. The
applicant, 4358 North Bay Road, LLC., is requesting Design Review
Approval for the construction of a new 2-story home on a vacant lot.

2. Previously Continued Projects
a. DRB File No. 22718, 910 West Avenue – Southgate Towers. The
applicant, Southgate Tower Apartments, is requesting Design Review
Approval for the renovation of the two (2) existing 14-story buildings,
including replacement, with design modifications, of all windows, doors
and railings.

3. Modifications to Previously Approved Projects
a. DRB File No. 20181, 1100 West Avenue – Modrian South Beach. The
applicant, 1100 West Properties, L.L.C., is requesting modifications to
conditions of the Final Order for a previously issued Design Review
Approval for a new landscape plan for the entire site, as well as for
alterations to the existing exterior elevations, including modifications to
the windows, doors, and porte-cochere, and the construction of new 2-
story cabanas at the rear of the site. Specifically, the applicant is
proposing to modify the conditions of the Final Order relating to the
completion of the public baywalk.

III. NEW/OLD BUSINESS
1. Resolution: Requesting Planning Board to consider an Ordinance Amendment to
allow for staff approval of standing seam metal roofs on pre-1942 Architecturally
Significant Single Family Homes.
