I. REQUESTS FOR EXTENSIONS OF TIME
1. DRB File No. 21861, 1838-1916 Bay Road & 1835-1919 Purdy Avenue –
Sunset Harbor Parking Garage. The applicant, Scott Robins Companies, Inc.,
and the City of Miami Beach, are requesting a one (1) year Extension of Time to
obtain a Full Building Permit for a previously issued Design Review Approval for
the construction of a new 5-story parking garage with ground floor retail, which
will replace an existing 2-story building and parking lot, to be demolished.
APPROVED
2. DRB File No. 21559, 7275 Collins Avenue – Unidad of Miami Beach Senior
Center. The applicant, Unidad of Miami Beach, is requesting a one (1) year
Extension of Time to obtain a Full Building Permit for a previously issued Design
Review Approval for the construction of a new 2-story community center which
will replace an existing single story structure, to be demolished.

II. DISCUSSION ITEMS
1. DRB File No. 22678, 1670 Washington Avenue – Lincoln Park. The applicant,
the City of Miami Beach will present a preliminary Basis of Design Report
(BODR) for the new Lincoln Park.
