I. APPLICATIONS FOR DESIGN REVIEW APPROVAL
1. Single Family Homes
a. DRB File No. 22753, 545 W. 37th Street – Single Family Home. The
applicant, David Holzer, is requesting Design Review Approval for the
construction of a new 2-story addition and a new rooftop addition to an
existing one (1) and two (2) story single family home.

b. DRB File No. 22764, 2767 Sunset Drive – Single Family Home. The
applicant, Willy Montejo, is requesting Design Review Approval for
modifications to an existing pre-1942 architecturally significant 2-story
home, including the partial demolition of the existing home and the
construction of new 2-story additions.

c. DRB File No. 22763, 4358 North Bay Road – Single Family Home. The
applicant, 4358 North Bay Road, LLC., is requesting Design Review
Approval for the construction of a new 2-story home on a vacant lot.

2. Previously Continued Projects
a. DRB File No. 22347, 31 Venetian Way – Belle Isle Apartments. The
applicant, Euroamerican Group, Inc. is requesting Design Review
Approval for the construction of a new 5-story multifamily building, which
will replace four (4) existing 3-story buildings, to be demolished.

applicant, Adan Beltran, is requesting Design Review Approval for the
construction of a new 3-story multifamily building, which will replace an
existing single story building, to be demolished.
