I. REQUESTS FOR CONTINUANCES
1. DRB File No. 22052, 31 Venetian Way – Belle Isle Apartments. The applicant,
Euroamerican Group, Inc. is requesting Design Review Approval for the
construction of a new 5-story multifamily building, which will replace four (4)
existing 3-story buildings, to be demolished.

II. REQUESTS FOR EXTENSIONS OF TIME
1. DRB File No. 21271, 1000 17th Street. The applicant, 17th Street Partners,
L.L.C., is requesting a one (1) year Extension of Time to obtain a Full Building
Permit for a previously issued Design Review Approval for the construction of a
new 3-story commercial structure, to replace an existing parking lot, to be
demolished.

III. MODIFICATIONS TO PREVIOUSLY APPROVED PROJECTS
1. DRB File No. 19018, 1111 Lincoln Road, 1666 Lenox Avenue, & 1665 Alton
Road. The applicant, MBEACH1, L.L.P., is requesting modifications to a
previously issued Design Review Approval for the renovation and alteration of
the existing building at 1111 Lincoln Road, including the addition of a roof-top
restaurant and additional office space and ground level retail, as well as the
construction of a new 2-story mixed-use building and a new 7-story mixed-use
parking structure at the southwest corner of the site. Specifically, at 1665 Alton
Road, the applicant is requesting to replace the previously approved tile on the
west façade with a stucco finish.

IV. APPLICATIONS FOR DESIGN REVIEW APPROVAL
1. New Projects
a. DRB File No. 22172, 7 Century Lane, Single Family Home. The
applicant, Foxman Tilton Associates, LLC., is requesting Design Review
Approval for the complete renovation of the existing single story home,

including new facades and the construction of a new standing seam
metal roof.

b. DRB File No. 22174, 2334 Alton Road, Single Family Home. The
applicant, Arthur Shehu, is requesting Design Review Approval for the
construction of a new 2-story single family home, which will replace an
existing 2-story accessory structure, to be demolished.
APPROVED
c. DRB File No. 22173, 1827 Purdy Avenue. The applicant, 1827 Purdy
Avenue Investors, LLC., is requesting Design Review Approval for
substantial modifications to the façade of the existing single story
commercial structure.
APPROVED
