I. REQUESTS FOR CONTINUANCES
1. DRB File No. 22010, 1661 Pennsylvania Avenue – Pennsylvania Parking
Garage. The applicants, the New World Symphony and the City of Miami Beach,
are requesting Design Review Approval for the construction of a new 5-story
parking garage with ground floor commercial uses, to replace an existing parking
lot, to be demolished.

II. REQUESTS FOR EXTENSIONS OF TIME
1. DRB File No. 21270, 4221-4229 Pinetree Drive – Jewish Community Center.
The applicant, Miami Beach Jewish Community Center, is requesting a one (1)
year Extension of Time to obtain a Full Building Permit for a previously issued
Design Review Approval for the construction of a new 3-story educational,
cultural and recreational facility.

III. APPLICATIONS FOR DESIGN REVIEW APPROVAL
1. New Projects
a. DRB File No. 22052, 31 Venetian Way – Belle Isle Apartments. The
applicant, Euroamerican Group, Inc. is requesting Design Review
Approval for the construction of a new 5-story multifamily building, which
will replace four (4) existing 3-story buildings, to be demolished.
