I. REQUESTS FOR CONTINUANCES
1. DRB File No. 22347, 31 Venetian Way – Belle Isle Apartments. The
applicant, Euroamerican Group, Inc. is requesting Design Review Approval
for the construction of a new 5-story multifamily building, which will replace
four (4) existing 3-story buildings, to be demolished.
CONTINUED TO A DATE CERTAIN OF OCTOBER 6, 2009
II. APPLICATIONS FOR DESIGN REVIEW APPROVAL
1. Single Family Homes
a. DRB File No. 22451, 2354 Alton Road – Single Family Home. The
applicants, Carol Kahn and Michelle Kahn, are requesting Design
Review Approval for the installation of a standing seam metal roof on
existing pre-1942 architecturally significant single story home.
APPROVED
b. DRB File No. 22415, 2740 North Bay Road – Single Family Home.
The applicant, Claude Dray, is requesting Design Review Approval for
modifications to an existing pre-1942 architecturally significant 2-story
home, including substantial demolition of the existing home and the
construction of several ground level additions and roof-top additions.

2. New Projects
i. DRB File No. 22342, 1050 Alton Road – Pistils & Petals. The
applicant, SH South Beach LLC., is requesting Design Review
Approval for the construction of a new single story addition to an
existing single story commercial structure.
APPROVED
