REQUESTS FOR CONTINUANCES
1. DRB File No. 22056, 3701 N. Meridian Avenue - St. Patrick Church and
School. The applicant, St. Patrick Church and School, is requesting Design
Review Approval for the construction of a new single story pre -kindergarten
classroom building, along with the re -construction of North Meridian Avenue to
include parallel parking.

II. REQUESTS FOR EXTENSIONS OF TIME
1. DRB File No. 21339, 2000 Normandy Drive - Walgreens. The applicant,
Walgreen, Co. as lessee, is requesting a one (1) year Extension of Time to
obtain a Full Building Permit for a previously issued Design Review Approval for
the construction of a new single story retail structure with roof -top parking on a
vacant lot.

III. APPLICATIONS FOR DESIGN REVIEW APPROVAL

a. DRB File No. 22010, 1661 Pennsylvania Avenue — Pennsylvania
Parking Garage. The applicants, the New World Symphony and the City
of Miami Beach, are requesting Design Review Approval for the
construction of a new 5-story parking garage with ground floor
commercial uses, to replace an existing parking lot, to be demolished.
