I. REQUESTS FOR EXTENSIONS OF TIME
1. DRB File No. 21560, 1053-1109 71st Street - Everglades Concourse. The
applicant, Jerika Properties, is requesting a one (1) year Extension of Time to
obtain a Full Building Permit for a previously issued Design Review Approval for
the construction of a new 5-story mixed-use project which will replace an existing
single story structure and parking lot, to be demolished.

II. MODIFICATIONS TO PREVIOUSLY APPROVED PROJECTS
1. DRB File No. 22547 & 17839, 6305 Indian Creek Drive & 103 63rd Street. The
applicant, Charms 63 Nobe LLC., is requesting modifications to a previously
issued Design Review Approval for the construction of a new 6-story multifamily
building. Specifically, the applicant is proposing to modify the previously
approved exterior materials and finishes to include the construction of green
landscape walls.

III. APPLICATIONS FOR DESIGN REVIEW APPROVAL
1. Single Family Homes
a. DRB File No. 22546, 370 South Hibiscus Drive. The applicant, Top
Bridge LLC., is requesting Design Review Approval for the construction
of a new 2-story home, which will replace an existing 2-story home, to be
demolished.

2. New Projects
a. DRB File No. 22561, 1681 Lenox Avenue. The applicant, Lenox Ave I
LLC., is requesting Design Review Approval for the construction of a new
2-story commercial building, which will replace an existing surface
parking lot, to be demolished.
APPROVED
