REQUESTS FOR CONTINUANCES
1. DRB File No. 22052, 31 Venetian Way — Belle Isle Apartments. The applicant,
Euroamerican Group, Inc. is requesting Design Review Approval for the
construction of a new 5-story multifamily building, which will replace four (4)
existing 3-story buildings, to be demolished.

II. REQUESTS FOR EXTENSIONS OF TIME
1. DRB File No. 20640, 7140 Abbott Avenue. The applicant, Aqua -Vista Holding,
Inc., is requesting a one (1) year Extension of Time to obtain a Full Building
Permit for a previously issued Design Review Approval for modifications to the
existing 2-story structure, including the installation of new storefronts.

2. DRB File No. 20633, 7131-7145 Harding Avenue. The applicant, Harding
Avenue Investments, LLC., is requesting a one (1) year Extension of Time to
obtain a Full Building Permit for a previously issued Design Review Approval for
the construction of a new 7-story retail/office building, which will replace three (3)
existing 2-story buildings, to be demolished.

III. APPLICATIONS FOR DESIGN REVIEW APPROVAL
1. Single Family Homes
a. DRB File No. 22228, 3759 Pinetree Dr. — Single Family Home. The
applicants, Dani and Reizy Dalphin, are requesting Design Review
Approval for the partial demolition of the existing one (1) and two (2) story
pre-1942 architecturally significant home, and the construction of a new
2-story addition.

b. DRB File No. 22246, 1030 Stillwater Dr. — Single Family Home. The
applicants, Roberto and Silvana Rodriguez, are requesting Design
Review Approval for the construction of a new one (1) and two (2) story
addition at the front of the existing 2-story home.

2. Previously Continued Projects
a. DRB File No. 22056, 3701 N. Meridian Avenue - St. Patrick Church and
School. The applicant, St. Patrick Church and School, is requesting
Design Review Approval for the construction of a new single story pre-
kindergarten classroom building, along with the re -construction of North
Meridian Avenue to include parallel parking.

2. New Projects
a. DRB File No. 22245, 715 North Lincoln Lane —Tacontento Restaurant.
The applicant, Tacontento South Beach, LLC., is requesting Design
Review Approval for modifications to the fagade of the existing single
story commercial space, including the replacement of the existing fixed
storefronts with operable glass storefronts.
