I. REQUESTS FOR EXTENSIONS OF TIME
1. DRB File No. 19315, 49-53 Collins Avenue. The applicant, Southpointe Heights,
L.L.C., is requesting a one (1) year Extension of Time to obtain a Full Building
Permit for a previously issued Design Review Approval for the construction of a
new 7-story mixed-use residential/retail structure, which will replace an existing
parking lot.
APPROVED; PROGESS REPORT SCHEDULED FOR SEPTEMBER 2, 2008
2. DRB File No. 19975, 95 Alton Road – South Pointe Pump Station. The
applicant, the City of Miami Beach, is requesting a one (1) year Extension of
Time to obtain a Full Building Permit for a previously issued Design Review
Approval for the construction of a new single story wastewater booster station on
a vacant lot.

3. DRB File No. 19777, 7 Ferrey Lane – Single Family Home. The applicant,
Miguel Diego, is requesting a one (1) year Extension of Time to obtain a Full
Building Permit for a previously issued Design Review Approval for the
construction of a new 2-story single family home, which will replace an existing
single story home, to be demolished.

4. DRB File No. 19774, 321-327 Michigan Avenue and 927 3rd Street. The
applicant, The Housing Authority of the City of Miami Beach, is requesting a one
(1) year Extension of Time to obtain a Full Building Permit for a previously issued
Design Review Approval for the construction of two (2) new 4-story buildings for
low-income elderly housing on vacant lots.

5. DRB File No. 19944, 119 East 2nd Court – Hagen Residence. The applicant,
Barbara Hagen is requesting a one (1) year Extension of Time to obtain a Full
Building Permit for a previously issued Design Review Approval for modifications
to an existing pre-1942 architecturally significant single family home, including
the construction of a 2-story ground level addition at the rear of the home and
single story addition at the front.

a. DRB File No. 21638, 850-868 Commerce Street – Ocean One. The
applicant, Ocean one at South Pointe LLC., is requesting Design Review
Approval for the construction of a new 5-story multifamily building, which will
replace four (4), one (1) and two (2) story multifamily buildings, to be
demolished.

2. New Projects
a. DRB File No.21730, 7145 Abbott Avenue. The applicant, Abbott, LLC., is
requesting Design Review Approval for the construction of a new single story
commercial structure, to replace an existing gas station, to be demolished.
APPROVED
