I. REQUESTS FOR EXTENSIONS OF TIME
1. DRB File No. 19840, 845 82nd Street & 8225 Hawthorne Avenue– Residences
at Biscayne Beach. The applicant, Rosa Martinez, is requesting a one (1) year
Extension of Time to obtain a Full Building Permit for a previously issued Design
Review Approval for the construction of a four (4) story, multi-family residential
project, which will replace two (2) existing single story structures, to be
demolished.

II. APPLICATIONS FOR DESIGN REVIEW APPROVAL
1. New Projects
a. DRB File No. 21791, City Right-of-Way, 1100 Block of Lincoln Road –
AIPP Project. The applicant, the City of Miami Beach is requesting
Design Review Approval for an Art in Public Places (AIPP) project.

b. DRB File No. 21731, 726 West Dilido Drive – Single Family Home. The
applicant, Ramin Aleyasin, is requesting Design Review Approval for the
construction of a new 2-story single family home, which will replace an
existing pre-1942 architecturally significant 2-story home, to be
demolished.

c. DRB File No. 21733, 101 East Dilido Drive – Single Family Home. The
applicant, Richard kriegar is requesting Design Review Approval for the
construction of a new 2-story addition to an existing pre-1942
architecturally significant single story home.

d. DRB File No. 21732, 8505-8521 Harding Avenue – Townhouses at
Collins. The applicant, Loft at Atlantic, LLC., is requesting Design
Review Approval for the construction of two (2) new 3-story multifamily
buildings, which will replace the existing 2-story buildings, to be
demolished.

e. DRB File No. 21790, 42 Collins Avenue. The applicant, Southpointe
Heights, LLC., is requesting Design Review Approval for the partial
demolition, renovation and façade modifications to an existing 3-story
building as part of a change of use from a Health Care facility to a new
hotel use with accessory restaurants.

f. DRB File No. 21729, 1800-1824 West Avenue – The Fresh Market. The
applicant, The Fresh Market, Inc., is requesting Design Review Approval
for the construction of a new 3-story grocery store which will replace the
existing 2-story buildings, to be demolished.
