I. REQUESTS FOR EXTENSIONS OF TIME
1. DRB File No. 19646, 4100-4130 Pine Tree Drive, 300-344 42nd Street, & 4119
Sheridan Avenue. The applicant, City National Bank of Florida, is requesting a
one (1) year Extension of Time to obtain a Full Building Permit for a previously
issued Design Review Approval for the construction of a new 7-story multifamily
building, to replace an existing grade level parking lot.

II. APPLICATIONS FOR DESIGN REVIEW APPROVAL
1. Single Family Homes
a. DRB File No. 21914, 4300 Sheridan Avenue – Single Family Home.
The applicants, Ivan & Dania Triff, are requesting Design Review
Approval for the construction of a new 2-story single family home, which
will replace an existing pre-1942 architecturally significant single-story
home, to be demolished.

b. DRB File No. 21987, 1530 West 28th Street – Single Family Home. The
applicant, Andrew Ansin, is requesting Design Review Approval for the
construction of a new 2-story single family home on a vacant lot.
APPROVED
c. DRB File No. 21996, 235 North Coconut Lane – Single Family Home.
The applicant, Hector Valdes, is requesting Design Review Approval for
the construction of a new 2-story single family home, which will replace
an existing single-story home, to be demolished.
APPROVED
2. Previously Continued Projects
a. DRB File No. 21814, 350 75th Street. The applicant, Mimo on the Beach
IV Condo Association is requesting Design Review Approval for the
installation of new vertical picket railings on the 2-story building, which
will replace the existing decorative balcony railings, to be demolished.

b. DRB File No. 21636, 6876 Collins Avenue – Publix. The applicant,
Publix Supermarkets, Inc., is requesting Design Review Approval for the
construction of a new 2-story supermarket and retail structure, which will
replace the existing single story structure, to be demolished.

3. New Projects
a. DRB File No. 22010, 1661 Pennsylvania Avenue – Pennsylvania Parking
Garage. The applicants, the New World Symphony and the City of Miami
Beach, are requesting Design Review Approval for the construction of a new
5-story parking garage with ground floor commercial uses, to replace an
existing parking lot, to be demolished.
