I. APPLICATIONS FOR DESIGN REVIEW APPROVAL
1. New Projects
a. DRB File No. 21863, 3014 Pinetree Drive – Single Family Home. The
applicant, Gilda Burstein, is requesting Design Review Approval for the
construction of a new single story addition and a new roof-top addition to
the single story portion of the existing one and two story home.
APPROVED
b. DRB File No. 21862, 1221 71st Street – Miami Beach Community
Health Center. The applicant, the Miami Beach Community Health
Center, is requesting Design Review Approval for the installation of a
super graphic on the west wall of the existing 2-story structure.
APPROVED
c. DRB File No. 21636, 6876 Collins Avenue – Publix. The applicant,
Publix Supermarkets, Inc., is requesting Design Review Approval for the
construction of a new 2-story supermarket and retail structure, which will
replace the existing single story structure, to be demolished.
Continued to December 2, 2008
d. DRB File No. 21861, 1838-1916 Bay Road & 1835-1919 Purdy Avenue.
The applicant, Scott Robins Companies, Inc., is requesting Design
Review Approval for the construction of a new 5-story parking garage
with ground floor retail, which will replace an existing 2-story building and
parking lot, to be demolished.
