I. APPLICATIONS FOR DESIGN REVIEW APPROVAL
1. Single Family Homes
a. DRB File No. 21268, 280 South Hibiscus Drive – Single Family Home.
The applicant, Riad A. Kabakibi, is requesting a Clarification of
Conditions for a previously issued Design approval for the construction of
a new two (2) story single family home, which will replace an existing 2-
story single family home, to be demolished.

b. DRB File No. 21337, 4244 Post Avenue – Single Family Home. The
applicants, Rachel Unger and Michael Feldman, are requesting Design
Review Approval for modifications to an existing pre-1942 architecturally
significant single story home, including the construction of two (2) new
single story additions and a new roof-top addition.

applicant, 6396 North Bay Road, LLC, is requesting Design Review
Approval for the construction of a new 2-story single family home on a
vacant lot.

applicants, Yaakov and Roza Haimov, are requesting Design Review
Approval for the construction of a new 2-story single family home, which
will replace an existing pre-1942 architecturally significant single story
home, to be demolished.

2. New Projects
a. DRB File No. 21339, 2000 Normandy Drive – Walgreens. The applicant,
Walgreen, Co. as Lessee, is requesting Design Review Approval for the
construction of a new single story retail structure with roof-top parking on
a vacant lot.

Partners, LLC, is requesting Design Review Approval for modifications to
the existing single story façade as part of a new retail use.

c. DRB File No. 21389, 2401 Biarritz Drive – Normandy Shores Golf
Course Clubhouse. The applicant, the City of Miami Beach, is
requesting Design Review Approval for the demolition and replication of
an existing golf course clubhouse.
