I. APPLICATIONS WITHDRAWN
1. DRB File No. 21338, 1701 Alton Road – Mercantil Commercebank. The
applicant, Commercebank FL., is requesting Design Review Approval for
modifications to the existing single story structure, including the installation of
new storefronts and exterior decorative features.

II. REQUESTS FOR EXTENSIONS OF TIME
1. DRB File No. 19654, 1255 West Avenue. The applicant, 1247 Bayview Dev.
Corp., is requesting a one (1) year Extension of Time to obtain a Full Building
Permit for a previously issued Design Review Approval for the construction of a
new 6-story multifamily building, to replace two (2) existing single story homes
and one (1) existing 2-story building, to be demolished.

to obtain a Full Building Permit for a previously issued Design Review Approval

modifications to the existing 2-story multifamily building.
