I. REQUESTS FOR CONTINUANCES
1. DRB File No. 21339, 2000 Normandy Drive – Walgreens. The applicant,
Walgreen, Co. as Lessee, is requesting Design Review Approval for the
construction of a new single story retail structure with roof-top parking on a
vacant lot.

II. REQUESTS FOR EXTENSIONS OF TIME
1. DRB File No. 18988, “Block 1”, 2-30 & 46-64 Ocean Drive, 1-35 & 69 Collins
Avenue. The applicant, TRG-Block One, Ltd, is requesting a one (1) year
Extension of Time to obtain a Full Building Permit for a previously issued Design
Review Approval for the construction of a new condo-hotel complex with two (2)
7-story buildings on vacant lots.

III. MODIFICATIONS TO PREVIOUSLY APPROVED PROJECTS
1. DRB File No. 17637, 401 69th Street – 401 Blu North Beach Condominium.
The applicant, Soneet kapila, as receiver for 401 Blu North Beach
Condominium, is requesting modifications to a previously issued Design Review
Approval for the exterior renovation of an existing seventeen (17) story
apartment building, including replacement of concrete balcony railings with glass
railings, and window / door replacements with modifications. Specifically, the
applicant is requesting to eliminate the previously approved roof-top cornice,
modify the approved window configurations, and eliminate the condition
requiring that the existing overhead utility lines be placed underground.

IV. APPLICATIONS FOR DESIGN REVIEW APPROVAL
1. Single Family Homes
a. DRB File NO. 21385, 5410 North Bay Road – Tobin Residence. The
applicants, Christine and Mark Tobin, are requesting Design Review
Approval for modifications to an existing pre-1942 architecturally
significant 2-story home, including the demolition of the two existing

single story garages and the construction of two (2) new 2-story
additions.

b. DRB File No. 20926, 4712 Alton Road – Single Family Home. The
applicant, Anthony Parks, is requesting Design Review Approval for
modifications to an existing pre-1942 architecturally significant single
story home, including the partial demolition of the existing home and the
construction of a new 2-story addition and a new roof-top addition.

c. DRB File No. 21272, 4333 Jefferson Avenue – Single Family Home.
The applicant, Jay Schechter, is requesting Design Review Approval for
modifications to an existing one and two story single family home,
including the construction of a new 2-story addition and a new roof-top
addition.

2. New Projects
a. DRB File No. 21271, 1000 17th Street. The applicant, 17th Street
Partners, L.L.C., is requesting Design Review Approval for the
construction of a new 3-story commercial structure, to replace an
existing parking lot, to be demolished.

b. DRB File No. 21338, 1701 Alton Road – Mercantil Commercebank.
The applicant, Commercebank FL., is requesting Design Review
Approval for modifications to the existing single story structure, including
the installation of new storefronts and exterior decorative features.
