I. REQUESTS FOR CONTINUANCES
1. DRB File No. 21338, 1701 Alton Road – Mercantil Commercebank. The
applicant, Commercebank FL., is requesting Design Review Approval for
modifications to the existing single story structure, including the installation of
new storefronts and exterior decorative features.

II. MODIFICATIONS TO PREVIOUSLY APPROVED PROJECTS
1. DRB File No. 17637, 401 69th Street – 401 Blu North Beach Condominium.
The applicant, Soneet kapila, as receiver for 401 Blu North Beach
Condominium, is requesting modifications to a previously issued Design Review
Approval for the exterior renovation of an existing seventeen (17) story
apartment building, including replacement of concrete balcony railings with glass
railings, and window / door replacements with modifications. Specifically, the
applicant is requesting to eliminate the previously approved roof-top cornice,
modify the approved window configurations, and eliminate the condition
requiring that the existing overhead utility lines be placed underground.

III. APPLICATIONS FOR DESIGN REVIEW APPROVAL
1. Single Family Homes
a. DRB File No. 21337, 4244 Post Avenue – Single Family Home. The
applicants, Rachel Unger and Michael Feldman, are requesting Design
Review Approval for modifications to an existing pre-1942 architecturally
significant single story home, including the construction of two (2) new
single story additions and a new roof-top addition.

b. DRB File No. 21487, 1800 West 24th Street – Robins Residence. The
applicants, Scott and Deborah Robins, are requesting Design Review
Approval for the installation of a metal roofing system to an existing
single family home.

The applicant, George Wallner, is requesting Design Review Approval
for the installation of a metal tile roofing system to an existing single
family home.

2. New Projects
a. DRB File No. 21457, 1766 Bay Road – Ouzo’s Greek Taberna & Bar.
The applicant, Ouzo’s Greek Taberna & Bar, is requesting ‘After-the-
Fact’ Design Review Approval for the installation of decorative pavers
and an outdoor seating area, within existing public right-of-way.
