I. REQUESTS FOR EXTENSIONS OF TIME
1. DRB File No. 18463, 4221-4229 Pine Tree Drive – Miami Beach Jewish
Community Center. The applicant, Miami Beach Jewish Community Center, is
requesting a one (1) year Extension of Time to obtain a Full Building Permit for a
previously issued Design Review Approval for the construction of a new three
(3) story educational, cultural and recreational facility.
APPROVED
2. DRB File No. 18464, 25-135 North Shore Drive – PRIVATA. The applicant,
Normandy Shores, L.L.C., is requesting a one (1) year Extension of Time to
obtain a Full Building Permit for a previously issued Design Review Approval, for
the construction of a new townhome development comprised of seven (7) 4-
story buildings.

II. MODIFICATIONS TO PREVIOUSLY APPROVED PROJECTS
1. DRB File No. 19650, 4528 Prairie Avenue – Single Family Home. The
applicants, Peter Smith and Angela Robertson, are requesting modifications to a
previously issued Design Review Approval for alterations to an existing pre-1942
architecturally significant 2-story home, including the construction of a roof top
addition, single story additions, and a ground level 2-story addition. Specifically,
the applicants are proposing to eliminate the prevsiously approved 2-story
addition at the rear of the site, and instead construct a new 2-story ground level
addition at the front of the existing home.

2. DRB File No. 18798, 6610-6640 Indian Creek Drive – Regatta II. The applicant,
New World Developers, L.L.C., are requesting modifications to a previously
issued Design Review Approval for the construction of a new 7-story multifamily
building, which will replace four (4) 2-story buildings and one (1) 4-story building,
to be substantially demolished. Specifically, the applicant is requesting to
eliminate a condition of the Final Order requiring the issuance of a full building
permit for the project, prior to the issuance of a demolition permit for the existing
structures.

III. PREVIOUSLY CONTINUED MATTERS
a. DRB File No. 20173, 420 West San Marino Drive – Single Family
Residence. The applicant, Marita Stavrou, is requesting Design Review
Approval for the construction of a new 2-story home, which will replace
an existing pre-1942 architecturally significant 2-story home, to be
demolished.
Continued to April 5, 2007
b. DRB File No. 19646, 4100-4130 Pine Tree Drive, 300-344 42nd Street, &
4119 Sheridan Avenue. The applicant, City National Bank of Florida, is
requesting Design Review Approval for the construction of a new 7-story
multifamily building, to replace an existing grade level parking lot.

2. New Projects
a. DRB File No. 20178, 2153 North Bay Road – Filsaime Residence. The
applicants, Bernard and Marise Filsaime, are requesting Design Review
approval for modifications to an existing pre-1942 architecturally
significant 2-story home, including the construction of a new single story
addition at both the front and rear of the property.

b. DRB File No. 20255, 222 South Coconut Lane – Single Family Home.
The applicant, Eric Milon, is requesting Design Review approval for
modifications to an existing pre-1942 architecturally significant 2-story
home, including the demolition of the existing rear porch, and the
construction of a new 2-story porch addition at the rear of the property.

c. DRB File No. 20180, 415 East Dilido Drive – Single Family Home. The
applicant, Hector Sicre, is requesting Design Review Approval for the
construction of a new 2-story home, which will replace an existing pre-
1942 architecturally significant 2-story home, to be demolished.

d. DRB File No. 20254, 165, 175, & 185 South Shore Drive – Linx. The
applicant, Linx at Normandy, L.L.C., is requesting Design Review
Approval for the construction of a new 4-story multifamily residential
structure, which will replace two (2) existing single story buildings, to be
demolished.

e. DRB File No. 20179, 6526 Collins Avenue – Azul Luxury Lofts. The
applicant, I.E.I. Developer’s Corp. is requesting Design Review Approval
for the construction of a new 5-story, mixed-use multifamily/commercial
structure on a vacant lot.

f. DRB File No. 20181, 1100 West Avenue – Mondrian South Beach
a.k.a. Mirador. The applicant, 1100 West Properties, L.L.C., is
requesting Design Review Approval for a new landscape plan for the
entire site, as well as for alterations to the existing exterior elevations,
including modifications to the windows, doors, and porte-cochere, and
the construction of new 2-story cabanas at the rear of the site.

g. DRB File No. 20175, 1672 Drexel Avenue – New World Symphony.
The applicant, New World Symphony, Inc., is requesting Design Review
Approval for the construction of a new 7-story facility for the New World
Symphony, which will replace an existing parking lot, to be demolished.
APPROVED
h. DRB File No. 20176, 7645 Carlyle Avenue. The applicants, Frank S.
Miller / Blue Door Properties, Inc., are requesting Design Review
Approval for the construction of a new 3-story multifamily building on a
vacant lot.
APPROVED
i. DRB File No. 20174, 800 South Pointe Drive – Apogee. The applicant,
TRG Alaska I, Ltd., is requesting Design Review Approval for a
landscape plan for the site and the adjacent right-of-way along South
Pointe Drive.

j. DRB File No. 20258 1800 West 24th Street – Single Family Home. The
applicants, Scott and Deborah Robbins, are requesting Design Review
approval for modifications to an existing pre-1942 architecturally
significant 2-story home, including the construction of a new single story
addition at the front of the home, and a new 2-story addition located to
the rear of the existing home.

k. DRB File No. 20256, 7411 Carlyle Avenue – Carlyle Apartments. The
applicants, Julio C. Someillan, is requesting Design Review Approval for
the construction of a new five (5) story multifamily residential structure.
