I. REQUESTS FOR EXTENSIONS OF TIME
1. DRB File No. 18943, 6881 Indian Creek Drive – Enclave at North Beach. The
applicant, Devon Apartments, Inc., is requesting a one (1) year Extension of
Time to obtain a Full Building Permit for a previously issued Design Review
Approval for the construction of a new 4-story townhome project, which will
replace one 2-story building, to be demolished.

2. DRB File No. 18798, 6610-6640 Indian Creek Drive – Regatta II. The applicant,
New World Developers, L.L.C., is requesting a one (1) year Extension of Time to
obtain a Full Building Permit for a previously issued Design Review Approval for
the construction of a new 7-story multifamily building, which will replace four (4)
existing 2-story buildings and one (1) 4-story building, to be substantially
demolished.

II. APPLICATIONS FOR DESIGN REVIEW APPROVAL
1. Single Family Homes
a. DRB File No. 20735, 114 8th Dilido Terrace – Samway Residence. The
applicants, Jennifer and Michael Samway, are requesting Design Review
Approval for the replacement of the existing concrete tile roof with a
standing seam metal roof, on a pre-1942 architecturally significant single
family home.

b. DRB File No. 20733, 5223 North Bay Road – Rogoff Residence. The
applicant, Michael Rogoff, is requesting Design Review Approval for
modifications to an existing pre-1942 architecturally significant 2-story
home, including the partial demolition of the existing home and the
construction of a new single story and new 2-story additions.

2. Previously Continued Matters
a. DRB File No. 20180, 415 East Dilido Drive – Single Family Home. The
applicant, Hector Sicre, is requesting Design Review Approval for the
construction of a new 2-story home, which will replace an existing pre-
1942 architecturally significant 2-story home, to be demolished.
NO ACTION TAKEN; ANY FUTURE PROJECT TO BE RE-NOTICED
b. DRB File No. 20427, 2700 Sheridan Avenue – Scott Rakow Youth
Center. The applicant, the City of Miami Beach, is requesting Design
Review approval for the partial renovation of the existing structure,
including the construction of a new single story entrance addition and
new single story golf starter structure, new parking lot, and new outdoor
play area.

c. DRB File No. 19697, 6900-6924 Collins Avenue, 201-239 69th Street,
6901-6925 Harding Avenue – Canyon Ranch West. The applicant,
Komoko Corp., is requesting Design Review Approval for the
construction of a new 5-story mixed-use, residential/retail/convention
center development, which will replace the existing single story structure,
to be demolished.

3. New Projects
a. DRB File No. 20639, 1341 15th Terrace. The applicant, South Stone,
L.L.C., is requesting Design Review Approval for the construction of a
new 3-story townhome project, which will replace two (2) existing single
story buildings, to be demolished.
APPROVED
b. DRB File No. 20640, 7140 Abbott Avenue. The applicant, Aqua-Vista
Holding, Inc., is requesting Design Review Approval for modifications to
the existing 2-story structure, including the installation of new storefronts.
APPROVED
