I. APPLICATIONS FOR DESIGN REVIEW APPROVAL
1. Single Family Homes
a. DRB File No. 20731, 3757 Prairie Avenue – Single Family Home. The
applicants, Yaakov and Roza Haimov, are requesting Design Review
Approval for the construction of a new 2-story single family home, which
replace an existing pre-1942 architecturally significant single story home,
to be demolished.

2. Previously Continued Matters
a. DRB File No. 20427, 2700 Sheridan Avenue – Scott Rakow Youth
Center. The applicant, the City of Miami Beach, is requesting Design
Review approval for the partial renovation of the existing structure,
including the construction of a new single story entrance addition and
new single story golf starter structure, new parking lot, and new outdoor
play area.

a. DRB File No. 20894, 8701 Collins Avenue – Dezerland Beach Resort &
Spa. The applicant, Dezer Properties Co., is requesting Design Review
Approval for the construction of a new A.D.A. lift at the front of the
existing hotel.

The applicant, Harding Avenue Investments, L.L.C., is requesting Design
Review Approval for the construction of a new 7-story retail/office
building, which will replace three (3) existing 2-story buildings, to be
demolished.

and School. The applicant, St. Patrick Church and School, is requesting
Design Review Approval for the construction of a new single story pre-
kindergarten classroom building, along with the re-construction of North
Meridian Avenue to include angled, perpendicular, and parallel parking.

MCZ Centrum Flamingo NT, LLC, is requesting Design Review Approval
for modifications to the existing front entrance drive, parking area, and
landscaping.

Partners, L.L.C., is requesting Design Review Approval for the
construction of a new 3-story commercial building with a roof-top terrace,
