I. REQUESTS FOR CONTINUANCE
1. DRB File No. 20731, 3757 Prairie Avenue – Single Family Home. The applicants,
Yaakov and Roza Haimov, are requesting Design Review Approval for the
construction of a new 2-story single family home, which replace an existing pre-1942
architecturally significant single story home, to be demolished.

II. REQUESTS FOR EXTENSIONS OF TIME
1. DRB File No. 18953, 740-750 83rd Street. The applicants, Duncan Ross & Peter
Reid, are requesting a one (1) year Extension of Time to obtain a Full Building
Permit for a previously issued Design Review Approval for the construction of a
new 4-story townhome project, which will replace two (2) single story apartment
buildings, to be demolished.

2. DRB File No. 19012, 2005 – 2023 Calais Drive. The applicant, 2005 Calais
L.L.C. and 2023 Calais L.L.C., are requesting a one (1) year Extension of Time
to obtain a Full Building Permit for a previously issued Design Review Approval
for the construction of a new 4-story multifamily building, which will replace two
(2) single story apartment buildings, to be demolished.

III. REVISIONS TO PREVIOUSLY APPROVED PLANS
1. DRB File No. 20427, 2700 Sheridan Avenue – Scott Rakow Youth Center. The
applicant, the City of Miami Beach, is requesting revisions to a previously issued
Design Review approval for the partial renovation of the existing structure, including
the construction of a new single story entrance addition and new single story golf
starter structure, new parking lot, and new outdoor play area. Specifically, the
applicant is requesting to modify the shape and location of the previously approved
outdoor play area.

IV. APPLICATIONS FOR DESIGN REVIEW APPROVAL
1. DRB File No. 20926, 4712 Alton Road – Single Family Home. The
applicant, Anthony Parks, is requesting Design Review Approval for
modifications to an existing pre-1942 architecturally significant single
story home, including the partial demolition of the existing home and the
construction of a new 2-story addition and a new roof-top addition.

2. DRB File No. 20925, 1500 Bay Road – The Flamingo. The applicant,
MCZ Centrum Flamingo NT, LLC, is requesting Design Review Approval
for modifications to the existing front entrance drive, parking area, and
landscaping.

3. DRB File No. 20894, 8701 Collins Avenue – Dezerland Beach Resort &
Spa. The applicant, Dezer Properties Co., is requesting Design Review
Approval for the construction of a new A.D.A. lift at the front of the
existing hotel.
APPROVED
4. DRB File No. 20633, 7131-7145 Harding Avenue – North Beach Place.
The applicant, Harding Avenue Investments, L.L.C., is requesting Design
Review Approval for the construction of a new 7-story retail/office
building, which will replace three (3) existing 2-story buildings, to be
demolished.
APPROVED
5. DRB File No. 20963, 931-933 Normandy Drive – Las Vacas Gordas.
The applicant, Parrillada Las Vacas Gordas, Inc. is requesting Design
Review Approval for design modifications to the façades of the existing
single story structure.
APPROVED
6. DRB File No. 20984 – 409 71st Street, 7120 Abbott Avenue, and 7117
Byron Avenue – Commerce Bank. The applicant, Commerce Bank,
N.A., is requesting Design Review Approval for the construction of a new
single story commercial structure and surface parking lot which will
replace an existing 2-story building and gas station, to be demolished.
