I. REQUESTS FOR CONTINUANCES
1. DRB File No. 20927, 3701 N. Meridian Avenue - St. Patrick Church and
School. The applicant, St. Patrick Church and School, is requesting Design
Review Approval for the construction of a new single story pre-kindergarten
classroom building, along with the re-construction of North Meridian Avenue to
include angled, perpendicular, and parallel parking.
CONTINUED TO January 2, 2008 (project to be re-noticed)
II. REQUESTS FOR EXTENSIONS OF TIME
1. DRB File No. 19073, 6064 Collins Avenue – Terra II Beachside Villas. The
applicant, Terra Beachside Villas II, L.L.C., is requesting a one (1) year
Extension of Time to obtain a Full Building Permit for a previously issued Design
Review Approval for the construction of a new 6-story multifamily building.

III. APPLICATIONS FOR DESIGN REVIEW APPROVAL
1. Single Family Homes
a. DRB File No. 21177, 310 E. Rivo Alto Drive. The applicant, Rivo Alto,
LLC, is requesting Design Review Approval for the replacement of the
existing concrete tile roof with a standing seam metal roof, on a pre-1942
architecturally significant single family home.
APPROVED
b. DRB File No. 20926, 4712 Alton Road – Single Family Home. The
applicant, Anthony Parks, is requesting Design Review Approval for
modifications to an existing pre-1942 architecturally significant single
story home, including the partial demolition of the existing home and the
construction of a new 2-story addition and a new roof-top addition.

applicants, Yaakov and Roza Haimov, are requesting Design Review
Approval for the construction of a new 2-story single family home, which
will replace an existing pre-1942 architecturally significant single story
home, to be demolished.
