I. NEW BUSINESS
1. DRB File No. 19018, 1111 Lincoln Road, 1666 Lenox Avenue, & 1665 Alton Road.
The applicant, MBEACH1, L.L.P., is requesting Design Review Approval for the
renovation and alteration of the existing building at 1111 Lincoln Road, including the
addition of a roof-top restaurant and additional office space and ground level retail,
as well as the construction of a new 2-story mixed-use building and a new 7-story
mixed-use parking structure at the southwest corner of the site.
APPROVED
2. Discussion: Proposed Ordinance Amendment pertaining to the membership
requirements of the Historic Preservation and the Design Review Boards.

II. SINGLE FAMILY HOME REQUESTS FOR DESIGN REVIEW APPROVAL
1. DRB File No. 19013, 16 La Gorce Circle – Single Family Residence. The applicant,
John P. Mudd, Trustee, is requesting Design Review Approval for 2-story additions
and roof-top additions to an architecturally significant pre-1942 single family home.

III. REVISIONS TO PREVIOUSLY APPROVED PLANS
1. DRB File No. 17949, 800 South Pointe Drive – Apogee. The applicant, TRG-Alaska
I, Ltd., is requesting modifications to a previously issued Design Review Approval for
the construction of a twenty-two (22) story multi-family structure on a vacant lot.
Specifically, the applicant is requesting to replace portions of window glazing on the
upper two (2) floors with mechanical louvers.

IV. APPLICATIONS FOR DESIGN REVIEW APPROVAL
1. Previously Continued Matters
a. DRB File No. 18776, South Pointe Park Improvement Project. The
applicant, the City of Miami Beach, is requesting Design Review Approval
for the substantial redesign of South Pointe Park.

b. DRB File No. 18798, 6610-6640 Indian Creek Drive – Regatta II. The
applicant, New World Developers, L.L.C., is requesting Design Review
Approval for the construction of a new 9-story multifamily building, which will
replace four (4) 2-story bulidings and one (1) 4-story building, to be
substantially demolished.

c. DRB File No. 18871, 929-939 Alton Road. The applicant, Alton Sobe, L.L.C.,
is requesting Design Review Approval for the construction of a new, 5-story
mixed use project, which will replace two (2) existing single story buildings,
to be demolished.
APPROVED
d. DRB File No. 18943, 6881 Indian Creek Drive – Enclave at North Beach.
The applicant, Devon Apartments, Inc., is requesting Design Review
Approval for the construction of a new 4-story townhome project, which will
replace one 2-story building, to be demolished.

e. DRB File No. 18988, “Block 1”, 2-30 & 46-64 Ocean Drive, 1-35 & 69 Collins
Avenue – The applicant, TRG-Block One, Ltd, is requesting Design Review
Approval for the construction of a new condo-hotel complex with two (2) 7-
story buildings on vacant lots.
CONTINUED: to April 4, 2006
2. New Projects
a. DRB File No. 19012, 2005 & 2023 Calais Drive. The applicant, 2005 Calais
L.L.C. and 2023 Calais L.L.C., is requesting Design Review Approval for the
construction of a new 4-story multifamily building, which will replace two (2)
single story apartment buildings, to be demolished.
APPROVED
b. DRB File No. 19014, 1801 Purdy Avenue. The applicant, 1801 Purdy L.L.C.
is requesting Design Review Approval for the replacement of the existing
fixed storefront at the first level with a new operable storefront system.
