I. NEW BUSINESS
1. Discussion: Proposed Ordinance Amendment pertaining to the membership
requirements of the Historic Preservation and the Design Review Boards.

II. SINGLE FAMILY HOME REQUESTS FOR DESIGN REVIEW APPROVAL
1. DRB File No. 19067, 510 East Dilido Drive – Single Family Residence. The
applicant, Beaulieu L.L.C., is requesting Design Review Approval for the
construction of a new 2-story single family home, which will replace an existing,
pre-1942 single story architecturally significant home, to be demolished.
APPROVED
2. DRB File No. 19069, 4929 Pine Tree Drive – Single Family Residence. The
applicant, Jerome Gumenick, is requesting Design Review Approval for the
partial demolition and renovation of the existing architecturally signifiant, pre-
1942 single family home, including the construction of a new single story
addition at the rear of the property.

3. DRB File No. 19071, 1836 West 23rd Street – Single Family Residence. The
applicants, David and Cindy Berger, are requesting Design Review Approval for
the partial demolition and renovation of the existing architecturally significant,
pre-1942 single family home, including the construction of ground floor and
second floor additions.

III. APPLICATIONS FOR DESIGN REVIEW APPROVAL
1. Previously Continued Matters
a. DRB File No. 18954, 8505-8521 Harding Avenue – Atlantic Lofts. The
applicant, Lofts at Atlantic L.L.C., is requesting Design Review Approval

for the construction of a new 5-story multifamily building, which will
replace two (2) 2-story buildings, to be demolished.

2. New Projects
a. DRB File No. 19070, 1201-1215 West Avenue – Chelsea Lofts
Condominium. The applicant, 1201 West, L.L.C., is requesting Design
Review Approval for the construction of a new 6-story multifamily
building on a vacant lot.
APPROVED
b. DRB File No. 19066, 1975-1985 Calais Drive. The applicant, Normandy
Isle Investment Group, L.L.C., is requesting Design Review Approval for
the construction of two (2) new 3-story buildings consisting of
townhomes, which will replace two (2) existing single story apartment
buildings, to be demolished.

c. DRB File No. 19068, 925-965 Marseille Drive – Decomar. The
applicants, Dyan Dahari / Behar Font & Partners, P.A., are requesting
Design Review Approval for the construction of two (2) new 3-story
multifamily buildings and one 5-story multifamily building, which will
replace five (5) existing single story apartment buildings, to be
demolished.
