I. REVISIONS TO PREVIOUSLY APPROVED PLANS
1. DRB File No. 17373, 5775 Collins Avenue – The Marlborough House Condominium.
The applicant, Marlborough House Condominium, is requesting a revision to a
previously issued Design Review Approval for the replacement of concrete balcony rails.
Specifically, the applicant is requesting modification of the condition stating that concrete
or pre-cast vertical filigree and balcony rails shall be required on the west elevation to
match the original railings and design.

II. APPLICATIONS FOR DESIGN REVIEW APPROVAL
1. Previously Continued Matters
a. DRB File No. 17559, 6800 Indian Creek Drive – Belaire on the Bay. The
applicant, Atlantic Sunset Bay, L.L.C., is requesting Design Review Approval for
the construction of a fifteen (15) story multi-family structure on a vacant lot.

a. DRB File No. 17950, 6529 Indian Creek Drive – Bel-Aire Flats. The applicant,
Atlantic Indian Creek, L.C., is requesting Design Review Approval for the
construction of a four (4) story mixed-use multi-family and commercial structure
on a vacant lot.

b. DRB File No. 17949, 800 South Pointe Drive – Alaska / Apogee. The applicant,
TRG-Alaska I, Ltd. is requesting Design Review Approval for the construction of
a twenty-two (22) story multi-family structure on a vacant lot.
