I. APPLICATIONS FOR DESIGN REVIEW APPROVAL
1. Previously Continued Matters:
a. DRB File No. 18082, 925-935 Marseille Drive – Decomar Townhomes. The
applicants, Zion and Dyan Dahari, are requesting Design Review Approval
for the demolition of two (2) existing single story apartment buildings and the
construction of three (3) four (4) story multifamily buildings.
CONTINUED: to March 15, 2005
b. DRB File No. 17949, 800 South Pointe Drive – Alaska / Apogee. The
applicant, TRG-Alaska I, Ltd. is requesting Design Review Approval for
portions of a project that was previously approved, which included the
construction of a twenty-two (22) story multi-family structure on a vacant lot.
Specifically, the applicant is requesting approval for the design of the parking
garage elevations, elevated café structure, and landscape courtyard on the
west side of the site.

2. New Projects
a. DRB File No. 18214, 1100 West Avenue – Mirador. The applicant, 1100
West Realm L.L.C., is requesting Design Review Approval for the demoltion
of the existing concrete and picket balcony railings throughout the building,
and their replacement with glass railings.
APPROVED
b. DRB File No. 18215, 4000 Alton Road – Talmudic University. The applicant,
Talmudic College 4000 Alton Road, Inc., is requesting Design Review
approval for the partial demolition and renovation of an existing seven (7)
story hotel, the construction of a new six (6) story structure, and the
construction of a new three (3) story townhouse structure fronting Alton
Road, in order to accommodate an educational institutional use within the
property.

c. DRB File No. 18216, 7700 Tatum Waterway Drive – Tatum Pointe
Condominium. The applicant, H.H.J. Development, is requesting Design
Review Approval for the construction of a new four (4) story multifamily
building on a vacant lot.

II. NEW BUSINESS
1. Discussion: The proposed demolition and replacement of the 23rd Street bridge over
Collins Canal, and its corresponding approaches from Dade Boulevard and Pine
Tree Drive.
NOT DISCUSSED
